The PIP will indicate the best days to visit to avoid the worst of the crowds; provide a full day’s touring plan for each park; give you all the show and parade times during your visit; show any rides or attractions that may be closed for rehab; offer up-to-date info on any new rides, etc, and up-to-the-minute advice right from the source of the fun; plus it will include a host of additional Brit Tips and Brit Picks (our special favourites) which we can’t fit into the book and a 'special message from Brit's guide authors Simon and Susan Veness.'

After payment by credit card, simply fill out and submit the online form with your travel dates, hotel details and what you would like to fit in to your week/10 days/two weeks. Please be realistic – it is simply not possible to ‘do it all’ in just two weeks, while choosing a 14-Day UltimateTicket and a 5-Park Orlando FlexTicket is an equally impossible two-week combination in terms of getting best value for money.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your requirements. Then, at least 48 hours before you are due to fly out, you will receive by e-mail your Personalised Itinerary Planner, which consists of:

• An official Brit’s Guide welcome from Simon and Susan.

• A full day-by-day plan for the length of your holiday.

• A touring strategy for ALL of the eight main theme parks, the water parks and shopping centres, avoiding the crowds and taking advantage of the latest developments.

• An alternative plan in case of bad weather.

• All the main park shows and parade times for the days you are there.

• A list of any rides/shows that are closed during your visit.

• A special selection of additional Brit Tips and local advice specifically for your plan.

• Our Brit Picks – a guide to a range of personal favourites – from restaurants to shops – which we feel may appeal to you most.

• The ultimate insider info knowledge, as both Simon and Susan are based full-time in the heart of the Orlando magic and are fully up-to-date on all developments hereabouts.

If you are staying at a Disney resort hotel, we will plan so you can take full advantage of Disney’s Extra Magic Hour facility; if you are booked into a Universal hotel, we will show you how to take full advantage of their special Universal Express privileges; and, if you are staying outside their resorts, we will steer you around the worst of the crowds.

All in all, it adds up to the most comprehensive package of specialised holiday info anywhere, and it represents the secret to the most fun, in the most hassle-free way in the most exciting place on earth.

However, please be aware we are NOT a travel agent or ticket agency; we cannot acquire attraction tickets for you or book dining reservations, events or hotels; our job is simply to work out the best plan for your requirements.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

• We cannot prepare Personal Itineraries if you are departing in LESS than 10 Working Days.

• You MUST know your ticket requirements before you fill in the form. Please check Page 11 for the full ticket choice and then indicate your selection on the form. We cannot make your selection for you.

• If you have booked any specific dining or special events (e.g. character meals, balloon flights), please indicate the dates, times and locations where appropriate.

• You will receive confirmation of your order by email.

• You will receive your Personal Itinerary Planner by email no later than 48 hours before your departure date.

• You are asked to confirm receipt of your planner when it arrives, by email

• Always remember to check that your antivirus software does not put important emails in your SPAM or Bulk Mail folder. Some servers like AOL also require you to authorise email addresses to Accept Attachments (which is how you will receive your Planner from us). We cannot be held responsible for itineraries being deleted from your email software.

• Allow up to five weeks for payment to be debited from your account. This however will not affect the status of your order.

Refund Policy - You may cancel your request for your Personal Itinerary Planner anytime within seven days from the date of your order. To cancel your order please email reception@foulsham.com quoting your name, email address used during the purchase and the fact that you wish to cancel your order.
